Public Group Scheduling

If you are planning to bring a group to the Planetarium from outside Washington County Public Schools, the following is all the information you will need to set up your trip! 

• The Planetarium may be reserved 1:45 pm - 3:15 pm.
• Programs will run for 1 hour and mimic the evening programs with a night sky tour followed by the show of your choice.
• You can choose your show from our list of available programs.
• The cost for outside groups coming to the Planetarium during the day is $1.50 per student and $2 per adult with a $30 minimum. 
• Programs can be paid for with cash or check only. Credit cards cannot be accepted for daytime public group programs. 
• The Planetarium can seat 64 people. 
• Because we are part of WCPS, we cannot make reservations for special events such as birthday parties, engagement proposals or weddings.
